We offer fast and reliable shipping options to Canada and the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, except for weekends and holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 (before taxes and shipping fees) within Canada and the United States. For orders under $500, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure its safe arrival, sometimes packages may become lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a package that is damaged or appears to be tampered with, please take photos of the package and its contents immediately and contact us within 10 days of receiving your package.
Please note that once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it to you. If your package is missing or damaged during transit, we recommend that you file a claim with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
We will assist you in any way we can with the claims process, but please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Any claim for a missing or damaged package must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products due to health and safety reasons.
If you have any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Duties and Charges
Please note that orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
If you refuse to pay these charges, your package may be returned to us, and we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charges and any additional fees we incur as a result of the package being returned to us.
By placing an order with us and having it shipped outside of Canada, you agree to be responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country's customs authority
